1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MY FES ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MY FES is a service, available as a website and as an iOS application, that allows users to create and share their ideal music festival lineups, and collect reactions from others including attendance intent and price willingness.

3. User Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create and share on MY FES. By submitting content, you represent that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• The content does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
• The content does not contain harassment, hate speech, or personally identifying information of others without their consent.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that harasses, defames, or abuses individuals.
• Distribute sexually explicit or obscene content.
• Spread misinformation or impersonate others.
• Engage in spam or automated abuse of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Purchases

The iOS app offers optional one-time purchases that unlock additional poster templates. Prices are shown in the app and charged through your Apple account at the time of purchase. These purchases are one-time and non-consumable; once unlocked, a template remains available on your account and can be restored on other devices using "Restore Purchases."

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store terms; we are not able to process refunds directly. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

6. Data Collection and Use

Festivals you create are saved to our servers so that they can be shared with a link. This applies both to the Website and to the iOS app. Saved festivals are public: anyone with the link can view them, and they may appear in the gallery on our website.

MY FES also collects anonymized reaction data including attendance intent and price willingness, which may be used for our own research and analysis in aggregated, anonymized form.

You are responsible for the content you submit, as described in Section 3. Shared festival pages on the Website include a reporting function, and we may remove any content that violates these Terms, as described in Section 10.

Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The MY FES service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by the operator. Artist names and related content referenced on the platform remain the property of their respective owners. MY FES does not claim ownership over user-created festival lineups.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend access to the Service at our discretion, particularly in cases of violations of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
